At Selfless Elixir, every product is created with intention. Because our apparel is made specifically for each customer after an order is placed, please allow time for production before your order ships.
Our goal is to deliver high-quality products while keeping you informed throughout the process.
Order Processing and Production Time
All Selfless Elixir products are made to order.
After your order is placed:
- Production time: Typically 2–7 business days
- Quality inspection: Each item is reviewed before shipment
- Shipping begins: After production is complete
During periods of high demand, holidays, or special promotions, production times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order enters production and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been produced and shipped.
Typical delivery estimates:
United States
- Standard shipping: approximately 3–7 business days after production
International Orders
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Delays may occur due to:
- Shipping carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Customs processing for international orders
- Circumstances outside of our control
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Product type
- Order quantity
- Shipping destination
- Available shipping options
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to become available after shipment.
Multiple Shipments
Because Selfless Elixir products may be fulfilled through different production facilities, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Please verify your:
- Name
- Shipping address
- Apartment/unit number (if applicable)
- Contact information
Selfless Elixir is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
We want every customer to have a great experience.
If your order:
- Arrives damaged
- Contains a manufacturing defect
- Has a printing error
- Is incorrect due to a fulfillment mistake
